Summary terms for Gamers real-money competitions.

These summary terms are a product placeholder and must be reviewed by qualified Ghanaian legal counsel before launch.

The service

Gamers lets players organise skill-based video-game competitions (1v1 challenges and tournaments). We are not a sportsbook or casino and do not offer odds on third-party events.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ and located in a supported country (currently Ghana).
  • One account per person. Account details must be accurate.

Money

  • Competitions are played for real-money stakes in Ghana cedis via mobile money.
  • Deposits are collected by our payment provider and credited to your wallet after confirmation. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid to your mobile money.
  • All balances are tracked in a double-entry ledger; every movement has a reference you can see in your wallet.
  • Platform fees are shown before you commit to a competition.

Privacy

  • We store your account details, date of birth (for age checks), match records, and wallet ledger.
  • Evidence screenshots are visible only to the two players and our review team.
  • We never store mobile-money PINs or one-time codes.
  • You control whether your profile, stats and gamer tags are public in Settings.
  • Passwords are hashed; sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.

Enforcement

We may void results, suspend or close accounts that break the fair-play rules, and we keep audit logs of administrative actions.
